Order Processing

1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
- We offer shipping within the United States only.
- Delivery estimates, once the order leaves our warehouse, are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days-
- Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination and package size.

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery method selected.
- Free shipping promotions, if offered, are applied automatically at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.

4. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment using that number on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Some oversized products, such as large wheels, may not be eligible for P.O. box delivery and may require a physical street address.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Arteagas Motorcycles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
